Adult Fitness

Adult Fitness sessions are designed to improve fitness, stroke and speed. Young to mature adult swimmers, tri-athletes, water polo players, dedicated fitness swimmers as well as learn-to-swim adults are welcome to attend. 


One-hour sessions for $10/session.

 

No bookings required for the Adult Fitness sessions.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.00pm—7.00pm


Learn to swim Adult Lessons  -  Tuesdays 6-7pm $10 (no booking required)

Lap Swimming

Lap Swimming sessions are available to the public for fitness/recovery training. 

The 25m pool is available daily at $5/session or $50/12 sessions.

 

No bookings required for the Lap Swimming sessions.

 

Monday to Friday 7am-11am

Sat 7am-9am; 10am-11am
